English: Conversations Do you know the number?

Note: Names used in the dialogs are different in each language.

		Do you know the number?
		A young man asks for another friends phone number.
		Hello, Debbie speaking.
		Debbie, I called you an hour ago and I left a message on your answering machine.
		Did you receive it?
		Ah, it was you who left that message?
		I did not recognize your voice. You left the message in Spanish.
		You know very well that when somebody speaks to me fast in Spanish,
		especially by telephone, I do not understand anything!
		What do you want?
		I need Jim's telephone number.
		He gave me his number last month, but when I called it last night,
		it told me I had the wrong number.
		Jim moved last week.
		Now he has his own apartment.
		Perhaps, he has a new telephone number.
		Why not call Emily, his girlfriend?
		Tony told me that Jim broke up with Emily
		and now he is going with someone else.
		It seems that not only does he have a new apartment
		and a new telephone number,
		he has a new girl friend, too.
