How to play:There are 12 hidden ornaments on the Christmas tree. Move the mouse and click wherever the cursor becomes a hand. After you find all 12 ornaments, the tree will light up. Press the red button to play again.

What is learned: This activity helps the student learn to count. They learn that the numbers have a meaning, i.e. the number of objects. The student can do this activity without knowing the language, so it is a good activity to help children get used to the numbers.

Getting the most out of the activity: Count along with the activity. Then try to say the word before you click the button.
Repeat the numbers that you hear.

Group activities:After doing the activity, count other items, pencils, books, or any other items that are in the room. For a group, each student can say the next number. Students can also count themselves to tell how many students are in the class.

איך משחקים: יש 12 קישוטים נסתרים על עץ חג המולד. תזיזו את העכבר ותלחצו כשהסמן יהפוך ליד. אחרי שתמצאו את כל הקישוטים, העץ יידלק. לחצו על הכפתור האדום כדי לשחק שוב.
מה לומדים: פעילות זו עוזרת לתלמידים ללמוד איך לספור. הילדים ילמדו שיש משמעות למספרים, ז"א מספר הפריטים. הילדים יכולים לעשות את הפעילות הזאת בלי לדעת את השפה, ולכן היא נחשבת פעילות טובה שעוזרת לילדים להתרגל למספרים.
להפיק את המרב מהפעילות: תספרו יחד עם הפעילות. אחר כך נסו לומר את המילים לפני שתלחצו על הכפתור. תחזרו על המספרים שאתם שומעים.
פעילויות לקבוצה: אחרי שתסיימו את הפעילות, תספרו עוד דברים כמו למשל עפרונות ,ספרים, או כל דבר אחר שיש בחדר. אם יש לכם קבוצת תלמידים, אפשר לבקש מכל תלמיד לומר את המספר הבא. אפשר גם לבקש מהתלמידים לספור את עצמם כדי לדעת כמה תלמידים יש בחדר.
