How to play: The alphabet is said from start to finish automatically. When it finishes, you can click the red arrow button to hear it again. (The rabbit giggles if a ball hits him, but you can't do anything to make the ball hit him.)
What is learned: This activity helps the student learn the alphabet. This is especially useful for beginning readers, or students who are learning a language with a different alphabet than the one in their first language.
Getting the most out of the activity: Repeat the sounds as you click each word. Try to say the alphabet on your own.
Group activities: Write a letter on the board. The students should say the letter that is shown. Draw a line in front or in back of the letter and ask the students what letter goes there. Give each student a letter, let them arrange themselves in order. Have each student use the picture dictionary to find an animal or food that starts with their letter.
