Getting the most out of the activity: Start by learning the numbers from 0 to 10. Press the red play button to hear the numbers in sequence. Then click each of the numbered balls in sequence. Repeat each word that you hear. Next try to say the word before you click. When you know all of the numbers from 0 to 10, do the rest. Notice the pattern for forming the rest of the numbers. Don't forget to do the quiz mode to test yourself.
Group activities: Hold up a number of items and have the students tell you how many. Count off, go in a circle and have each child say the next number. With one child, the child can take turns with the teacher. Ask the children how many of various different items. Play a game like BINGO that uses numbers, but say the words in the language the student is learning.
